Employment Type: Full-time — direct employment with the clientAbout This OpportunityAutomation Consulting (AC) is supporting a leading international TIC group in hiring a Region Head (President) to lead its Europe & America business for the Consumer Goods vertical.

The successful candidate will be employed directly by the client and will report into their executive leadership, with AC managing the recruitment process.Role OverviewThis is a senior, high-impact role responsible for the client's Europe & America business expansion in the Consumer Goods vertical. The Region Head will lead and grow the existing local team, drive business development to expand the client's presence across Europe and America, and serve as part-time Marketing Director for the region — combining team leadership, commercial growth, and regional strategy in one position.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive regional growth strategy across Europe and America for the Consumer Goods verticalBuild and manage teams, and independently train new employeesProactively develop customers and channels, actively penetrating mid-to-large customer accountsServe as part-time Marketing Director for the regionPresent a clear, feasible 3-month and 6-month work plan upon joiningRequirementsProven background in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry — preference for candidates with Testing & Inspection experience specificallyDirect experience in consumer goods testing and inspectionSolid understanding of prevailing TIC industry salary levels across the EUStrong grasp of how performance is measured in Europe's TIC industry, including KPI evaluation frameworksEstablished channel resources and strong knowledge of consumer goods industry activityStrong English proficiency (written and spoken)Interview Process: 3 rounds
