For the European market, we serve local manufacturing, logistics and energy enterprises, building a localized industrial supply system through a dual "cross-border + local" supply chain model.Location: Elisabethstraße 11, 40217, DüsseldorfKey Responsibilities:Regional Strategy & P&L Ownership Lead the overall procurement and merchandising strategy for Europe, with full ownership of regional GMV, gross margin, inventory turnover and in-stock fulfillment rates. Translate European industrial market dynamics, customer demand and competitive landscape into a mid-to-long-term category roadmap and growth plan.Supplier Ecosystem & Commercial Management Develop European brand owners, industrial distributors and factory resources; manage supplier onboarding, tiered operation, performance review and rationalization. Lead negotiations on framework agreements, pricing, payment terms, rebates and exclusive resources with key brands. Build a dual-source supply system (cross-border direct sourcing + local warehousing) to secure cost and delivery competitiveness.Full-Lifecycle Merchandising Own category planning, assortment, pricing, SKU structure optimization, new product incubation and slow-mover clearance. Define regional promotion and project-quotation strategies to support KA accounts and industrial project deals. Monitor market price movements, dynamically adjust procurement plans, and control stock-out, overstock and price risks.Supply Chain Fulfillment & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with overseas warehousing, cross-border logistics, customs, tax & finance, key-account sales and product/tech teams to build a localized European fulfillment chain. Ensure order delivery quality, resolve compliance, certification and customs issues, and continuously improve the customer delivery experience.Market Insight & Business Innovation Track European industrial policy, industry trends and competitor moves to identify growth opportunities in MRO, power transmission, electrical consumables and adjacent categories. Drive the rollout of private-label, customized industrial products and digital procurement solutions in Europe to build differentiated competitiveness.Team Building & Mechanism Setup Build and manage the European procurement & merchandising team, including target cascading, performance management and talent development. Establish standardized regional processes and data-review mechanisms, and deliver weekly/monthly business reviews to senior management.RequirementsEducation & Language: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Business. Fluent business English for independent overseas negotiations; German is a strong plus.Industry Experience: over 10 years in B2B industrial procurement / category management, with over 5 years of hands-on experience in the European industrial market. Familiarity with MRO, industrial components and automation parts; existing European brand / channel relationships preferred.Core Competencies: Proven track record of running a regional P&L; solid understanding of the European industrial distribution system, local tax & finance, product certification and import/export compliance. Strong in supplier negotiation, cost control, inventory health management and data-driven decision-making.Personal Attributes: Excellent cross-cultural communication, project execution and risk control; comfortable with cross-time-zone collaboration. Highly result-oriented; experience building an overseas industrial supply chain from 0 to 1 is a strong plus.
