(European Candidate) Accountant - 20,000 AED - Dubai based - Health and Wellness company

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join a growing Health & Wellness clinic in Dubai.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clinic’s day-to-day accounting and financial activities, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with UAE accounting and tax requirements.Candidates must have hands-on QuickBooks experience and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.Monitor clinic revenue, operating expenses, and outstanding payments.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Manage petty cash and expense reporting.Support payroll preparation and employee-related financial records.Maintain supplier and vendor payment schedules.Assist with UAE VAT calculations, filings, and compliance.Support Corporate Tax reporting and maintain appropriate financial documentation.Work closely with clinic management to provide financial insights and reporting.Liaise with auditors, banks, suppliers, and external accountants when required.Ensure financial information is accurate, confidential, and properly documented.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline – essential.Strong hands-on QuickBooks experience – essential.Previous experience working as an Accountant or Finance professional.Good knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial responsibilities.Good written and verbal communication skills.I have a salary budget of 20,000 AED per month + medical + visa + bonus.
