European E-commerce Marketing Manager
The company is committed to delivering relevant products, compelling customer experiences, and impactful marketing campaigns across multiple European markets.About the RoleWe are looking for a commercially minded and consumer-focused European E-commerce Marketing Manager to drive integrated marketing campaigns across Europe.This role requires a strong understanding of local consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and product positioning. The successful candidate will know how to identify which products and product categories are most relevant to each market and translate these insights into effective, locally tailored marketing campaigns.Working closely with the Head of Integrated Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help develop and execute regional campaign strategies that strengthen brand awareness, improve customer engagement, and support business growth.This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional with a strong marketing foundation, a regional mindset, and the potential to grow within a fast-paced, international e-commerce environment.Key Responsibilities1. European Marketing CampaignsPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple European markets, ensuring alignment with global marketing priorities and local business objectives.Adapt regional campaign strategies to reflect local consumer preferences, cultural nuances, seasonal trends, and market opportunities.Coordinate campaign planning and execution across relevant marketing channels to deliver consistent and effective customer experiences.Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve future marketing activities.2. Product-to-Market StrategyDevelop a strong understanding of the product portfolio and identify which products and categories are best suited to individual European markets.Analyse local market trends, consumer behaviour, competitive activity, and purchasing patterns to identify growth opportunities.Tailor product positioning, messaging, promotional activities, and campaign approaches to the needs of each market.Work closely with commercial, category, and product teams to ensure marketing priorities align with local demand and business goals.3. Integrated Marketing ExecutionCollaborate with the Integrated Marketing team to translate broader marketing strategies into practical, market-specific campaign plans.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and within agreed budgets.Ensure campaign messaging, creative assets, and promotional strategies are relevant to the target audience in each market.Support the development of innovative marketing approaches to increase product visibility, customer engagement, and conversion.4. Market Insights and Performance AnalysisTrack campaign KPIs, analyse results, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing investments.Identify market-specific opportunities, emerging consumer trends, and areas for improvement.Share insights and best practices across European markets to strengthen overall campaign effectiveness.Use data and customer insights to support informed marketing decisions and continuous optimisation.5. Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with the Head of Integrated Marketing and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment between global strategy and local execution.Build effective working relationships with commercial, product, category, creative, and other relevant teams.Contribute to a collaborative, agile, and performance-driven marketing culture.Candidate ProfileExperience and QualificationsApproximately 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within e-commerce, digital commerce, consumer technology, retail, or another fast-moving consumer-facing business.A solid understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, regional marketing execution, and product positioning.Experience working across multiple markets or adapting marketing strategies to different consumer audiences is highly desirable.A background in a multinational company or management trainee programme would be an advantage.A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.Skills and CompetenciesStrong commercial awareness and the ability to connect marketing initiatives with business objectives.Excellent understanding of consumer behaviour and the ability to identify the right products for the right markets.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market data and campaign results into actionable insights.Good project management and stakeholder coordination skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.An adaptable, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment.Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and emerging consumer trends.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for an ambitious, high-potential marketing professional who combines analytical thinking with creativity and commercial judgement. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across markets, understands the importance of local consumer relevance, and can turn global marketing priorities into effective regional campaigns.Experience in a management trainee programme or a structured early-career development programme within a leading multinational organisation would be particularly valuable.LocationLondon is the preferred location. Candidates based in Munich, Germany, or the Netherlands may also be considered.Reporting LineThe position reports directly to the Head of Integrated Marketing.
