You support CGCs and partners with technical expertise, product introductions and troubleshooting activities while also transferring knowledge through technical training and field support.You report to the European Service Support Manager and operate as an individual contributor in a highly specialized international role. This position requires strong hands-on CT expertise, a proactive mindset and the ability to support both technical operations and customer satisfaction.What will you be part of?A diverse experienced technical support team, providing advanced support and service training to the European region.A technical key intermediate between CINC and the field Service Engineers.A proactive group searching for new and innovative service enhancements.Part of the Service digital transformation.What do you bring?HBO-level education in a technical discipline.Proven hands-on experience with CT systems (mandatory).Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience delivering technical training or transferring technical knowledge to others.Understanding of service processes within an international technical environment.Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused working style.What do we offer?You will work in a professional team and in a challenging environment with many opportunities to expand your knowledge and experience.
