Event and Venue Branding Manager

Role: Branding Manager - Sports EventBudget: Up to AED22,000 per month (depending on experience)Dates: 5th October to 4th December 2026About the Role:Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branding Operations Manager (or Specialist) to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and financial tracking of all event and venue branding.Managing and updating the branding budget including partner costs, and providing weekly updates to the Associate DirectorManaging and updating the branding BoQ, keeping accurate track of all new ordersEnsuring the tournament and venue branding index is drafted, approved, and finalized by all stakeholdersEnsuring all partner branding indices are drafted, approved, and finalized by all stakeholdersEnsuring all signage requirements are documented, shared with branding supplier, delivered and installed by agreed deadlinesOversee the timely installation of all branding and signage onsiteManaging the branding stock and inventory, ensuring all lists are up to date and all items are used and stored appropriatelyDraft, approve and finalize all pitch plans and flag dot plans in a timely manner in coordination with the organisersCommunication with the branding supplier(s) to manage the installation and de-rig scheduleAttending all weekly meetings with the team and updating the team on any required tasks or deadlinesWorking ConditionsWorking hours in line with UAE Labour Law, up to 12 hours per day depending on operational requirementsNo accommodation, transport, food, or additional allowances providedCandidate is responsible for managing their own logistics and transportationPlease note the site is in Dubai but outside the main city so a car is essentialYour own visa and NOC is required
