NOW HIRING | EVENT COORDINATOR & FLORAL DESIGN SPECIALIST | ABU DHABILocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEPosition: Full-TimeSalary: AED 6,000–10,000/month | Flexible depending on experience and profileWe are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly organised Event Coordinator & Floral Design Specialist to join the Events team in Abu Dhabi.The successful candidate will manage events from concept to completion, while taking the lead on floral design, styling, décor, and event execution.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES◼️ Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, corporate events, private functions, and exhibitions◼️ Manage events from initial concept through setup, execution, and dismantling◼️ Develop creative floral concepts based on the event theme, season, and client brief◼️ Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, centrepieces, arches, backdrops, and installations◼️ Meet clients, understand requirements, present concepts, and prepare proposals and quotations◼️ Lead and brief event and floral teams during preparation and execution◼️ Coordinate with venues, caterers, suppliers, and external service providers◼️ Source flowers, décor materials, and supplies while negotiating pricing◼️ Manage budgets, control costs, and minimise wastage◼️ Ensure the quality, freshness, presentation, and safety of all floral and décor elements◼️ Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standardsREQUIREMENTS◼️ 3–5 years of proven experience in event management, floral design, wedding décor, or a similar role◼️ Strong knowledge of flowers, seasonality, care, preservation, and current styling trends◼️ Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Floral Design, Hospitality, or a related field preferred◼️ UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred ◼️ Strong creative and floral design skills◼️ Excellent client management and communication skills◼️ Strong leadership, organisation, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities◼️ Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously◼️ Portfolio of previous floral/event work requiredPACKAGE◼️ Salary: AED 6,000–10,000/month◼️Plus UAE mandatory benefits as per UAE Labour Law TO APPLYPlease send your CV and portfolio to:📧 Admin@lynxhrconsultancyllc.com
