The company is committed to elevating every occasion, from intimate gatherings to large-scale events.Role Description The Event Coordinator is a full-time, on-site, hands on role based in Forest Lodge, NSW, responsible for planning and delivering high-quality catering events. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event logistics, liaising with clients to understand requirements, preparing event run sheets, and working closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely execution. The role involves supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining accurate event documentation. The Event Coordinator will also assist with venue setup, oversee event service standards, and help resolve on-the-day issues to ensure a smooth guest experience.Qualifications Strong event planning and event management skills, including coordinating multiple events and timelines.Excellent communication abilities, with confidence in liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.Proven customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences and managing feedback.Sales and relationship-building skills to support event inquiries, upselling opportunities, and repeat business.Experience in hospitality, catering, or events environments, preferably within corporate or premium service settings.Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving capability.Comfort working on-site and occasionally during evenings or weekends, as required by event schedules.Proficiency with basic office and event management software; experience with booking systems is an advantage.Relevant qualifications in event management, hospitality, or related fields are beneficial but not mandatory.
