Combining refined Pan-Asian cuisine, a striking 360-degree skypool, and an electrifying atmosphere, AURA delivers unforgettable dining and social experiences with a cosmopolitan edge.We are looking for a detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of private and corporate events at AURA Skypool, including product launches, brand activations, and celebrations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and coordination of private and corporate events from initial brief through to execution.Assist in preparing event proposals, run-of-show documents, and floor plans.Liaise with clients on event details, timelines, and requirements under the guidance of senior events staff.Coordinate logistics across F&B, floor, bar, and external vendors for each event.Support on-site event execution, assisting with setup, timeline management, and troubleshooting.Maintain accurate event files, contracts, and documentation.Assist with post-event reporting and feedback follow-up.Support relationship-building with vendors, planners, and agencies.Ensure all events align with AURA's brand and service standards.Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in a hotel environment is required.Previous experience in an events role is required.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfortable supporting multiple events at different planning stages simultaneously.Good client-facing communication skills.Good English communication skills.Flexible to work event-driven schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
