This role will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of upcoming events, working closely with internal stakeholders across departments as well as external suppliers to ensure seamless on-ground delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute events end-to-end in line with the events calendar for October–DecemberLiaise with internal stakeholders and departments to understand requirements, timelines, and expectationsHandle event logistics, including venue setup, scheduling, transportation, and equipment/material coordinationManage on-ground execution during events, ensuring smooth delivery and promptly resolving any issues that arisePrepare and maintain event documentation, including run sheets, supplier contracts, and post-event reportsSupport the Marketing team by managing the events workload independently, allowing the team to focus on ongoing projects and day-to-day marketing activitiesEnsure brand consistency and quality standards are maintained across all event touchpointsProvide post-event evaluation and feedback to improve future event planning and execution.Requirements2 - 4 years of relevant experience in event coordination will be an advantage.Join UsJoin an industry leader with a 50-year track record and a genuinely international team - the kind of place where relocating for the right opportunity is not just accepted, it's part of how we've always grown.🚀 Apply directly or send your CV to Jobs@skmaircon.com with the subject line Event Coordinator - Sharjah, UAE
