This is an ideal opportunity for someone with early career experience in events, hospitality, agency, or project support who is eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced, global events environment.As an Event Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of client events, working alongside experienced project managers on everything from delegate management and event technology to venue sourcing and on-site event execution. You'll gain exposure to the full event lifecycle while building valuable skills in client service, project coordination, data management, and event operations.What You'll Be DoingBuilding and managing event registration websites and mobile apps (Cvent)Coordinating delegate communications and registration processesManaging attendee and invitation lists, reporting, and data accuracyResearching venues and preparing proposals for client considerationSupporting travel logistics and attendee managementAssisting with event administration, reporting, and project coordinationProviding on-site support at client events in the UK and overseasWorking closely with clients, suppliers, and internal project teams to deliver exceptional event experiencesWhat We're Looking ForDegree in Events Management or a related discipline, or equivalent event/hospitality experienceStrong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detailConfidence working with Excel and managing dataExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learnFlexibility to travel and support events both within the UK and internationallyWhy Join C2events?This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build a career in event management while gaining exposure to global events, industry-leading clients, and experienced professionals.
