We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Events Executive to support our growing team in executing large-scale events with efficiency and creativity.Job OverviewAs an Events Executive, you will assist our senior events team with the planning, coordination, and delivery of our events. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to develop their event management skills in a dynamic environment. ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and execution of event concepts, supporting senior team members in delivering seamless events.Help prepare basic event proposals and presentations.Stay informed on event trends and technologies, particularly in digital and AV, to support team initiatives.Collaborate with the design team to help produce engaging presentations and visual materials.Provide logistical support, including vendor coordination and on-site management assistance.Build positive relationships with clients, addressing basic queries and supporting their needs.Assist in streamlining event processes by providing logistical and administrative support.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in event planning, project coordination, or a similar role.Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to support in presentations.Understanding of or willingness to learn about event technologies and best practices.Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in event planning and project coordination.Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.Familiarity with UAE event industry standards and practices is a plus.UAE Driving License is an advantage.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a bonus.Why Join CXO Strategies Middle East?At CXO Strategies Middle East, we are committed to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented work environment.
