We're looking for an Events Executive who cares about the details as much as the big picture. You'll plan and deliver events on a 19th-century fortress island at the entrance to the Bay of Kotor. Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of all assigned events from the initial inquiry to the post-event follow-up, ensuring high quality across all phasesPrepare detailed proposals, operational plans, run sheets, and other documents in accordance with client requirements and hotel standardsMaintain daily communication with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their expectations and providing timely responses to all requestsCoordinate with all operational departments (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Spa, etc.) to ensure seamless event executionMonitor the setup, execution, and dismantling of events, ensuring compliance with standards, deadlines, and client requirementsEnsure all event spaces are prepared according to specifications, brand standards, and agreed schedulesMonitor event quality and guest satisfaction during execution, proactively resolving any potential issuesMaintain accurate records of all events, including contracts, function sheets, invoices, and post-event reportsSupport revenue growth by identifying upselling opportunities (F&B packages, upgrades, additional services, etc.)Contribute to the development and implementation of creative event concepts and special experiences to increase guest satisfaction and business volumeBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, corporate partners, and local stakeholdersCoordinate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and align with revenue goalsConduct post-event evaluations and collect client feedback to improve future eventsMonitor market trends and competitor activities in the events and hospitality industry for continuous improvementEnsure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and brand standards at all timesMaintain effective communication with all departments and external suppliers to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
