The Event Executive will plan, coordinate, and execute events and exhibitions for clients, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and overall digital growth strategies. Responsibilities include managing event timelines, vendor relationships, venue coordination, and logistics, as well as overseeing event branding, creative assets, and on-ground production. The role involves collaborating with internal creative, marketing, and technology teams to integrate digital elements, automation, and performance tracking into events. The Event Executive will also handle budgets, approvals, documentation, and post-event reporting to evaluate impact and support continuous improvement.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in event planning, event coordination, and on-ground execution.Candidates should possess skills in vendor management, negotiation, and logistics oversight.Candidates should possess skills in client communication, stakeholder management, and presentation.Candidates should possess skills in basic digital marketing concepts, branding, and creative collaboration.Candidates should possess skills in time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.Relevant experience in events, exhibitions, or brand activations is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Lucknow with flexibility for extended hours during events.Diploma or degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
