Event Executive

We are looking for an Event Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our national and international MUN conferences. You will work closely with internal teams, participants, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure every event runs smoothly and delivers a great experience. This hands-on, execution-focused role suits an early-career professional with 1–3 years of experience who is organised, proactive, and ready to own event operations from preparation to execution.What You’ll DoPlan and manage logistics for MUN conferences, including venue booking, vendor coordination, scheduling, and materials preparation.Collaborate with the event team, volunteers, external suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet event objectives.Oversee on-site operations and troubleshoot unexpected challenges to keep events running smoothly and on schedule.Coordinate with the Sales & Ads team to align participant attendance with established targets.Address requests and coordinate the needs of participants and stakeholders throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event stages.Create event marketing materials, including proposals, flyers, and other promotional materials.Collect participant feedback, evaluate event outcomes, and identify opportunities to improve future conferences.What We’re Looking For1–3 years of hands-on experience in event planning, event management, or a related field.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external stakeholders.A proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle unexpected challenges.Willingness to work on weekends when required for event execution.A passion for Model United Nations (MUN), education, or youth development is a strong plus.
