Paradox Events & Marketing is looking for an experienced, hands-on Event Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia.We are seeking an event professional who can take ownership of projects from concept to completion, confidently manage clients and suppliers, coordinate event logistics and production, and deliver high-quality events in a fast-paced environment.Position: Event Executive

Location: Saudi ArabiaSalary: SAR 10,000 – 12,000 per monthLanguage: Arabic speaking is mandatoryTravel: Must be willing and able to travel locally and internationally as required for events and projectsImportant: Please apply only if you are comfortable with the salary range of SAR 10,000–12,000 per month and meet the mandatory Arabic-language requirement.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Management & ExecutionPlan, coordinate, and execute events from concept through completion.Manage event timelines, logistics, production requirements, and on-site execution.Coordinate multiple projects and ensure all event deliverables are completed accurately and on time.Source, coordinate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.Manage client communication throughout event planning, preparation, and execution.Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, production partners, and other stakeholders.Oversee on-site event operations and resolve issues efficiently.Travel to different locations as required to manage events and projects.Quotations, Proposals & BudgetsPrepare and review accurate quotations for clients and suppliers.Support Account Managers and Design Teams in developing event proposals.Ensure budgets, timelines, specifications, and deliverables are accurately reflected in proposals and quotations.Maintain an updated database of suppliers, materials, services, and pricing.Monitor event budgets and maintain effective cost control.Negotiate supplier quotations and ensure competitive pricing.General ResponsibilitiesMaintain organized records of events, quotations, proposals, supplier information, and contracts.Conduct and participate in internal project check-ins.Support continuous improvement in event execution and supplier management.Represent Paradox professionally when dealing with clients, suppliers, venues, and partners.Maintain the company’s standards for quality, professionalism, timely delivery, and client service.RequirementsProven professional experience in event management and event execution.Strong hands-on experience in supplier and vendor coordination.Strong knowledge of event logistics, production, and on-ground operations.Experience preparing quotations, budgets, and event costings.Strong supplier negotiation and cost-control skills.Ability to independently manage events from planning through execution.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to manage multiple events and priorities under tight deadlines.Excellent client-facing communication and coordination skills.Confident in dealing directly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.Comfortable leading project meetings and internal check-ins.Arabic speaking is mandatory.Must be willing and able to travel for events and projects when required.Must be comfortable with the offered salary range of SAR 10,000–12,000 per month.ApplyIf you have strong hands-on event management experience, speak Arabic, and are comfortable with a monthly salary of SAR 12,000–13,000, we would like to hear from you.Please apply only if you meet these mandatory requirements.Send your updated CV to careers@paradoxagency.me
