It also manages live shows, social events, awards nights, fashion shows, beauty pageants, and celebrity representation, along with full event management and brand promotion services. With expertise in stage setup, technical production (including crane, drone, and video shoots), and social media management, Be Original Production provides end-to-end solutions for fashion, entertainment, and promotional events.Role Description The Event Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The intern will support the planning and execution of fashion shows, brand events, social gatherings, and promotional activities by assisting with event coordination, logistics, and vendor communication. Daily responsibilities include helping with guest management, on-ground setup, scheduling, and ensuring smooth event operations under the guidance of senior team members. The role also involves contributing to event marketing activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing general administrative support to the production and events team.Qualifications Strong Customer Service and client interaction skills, with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and confident interpersonal skills.Interest and foundational skills in Event Planning, including coordination, time management, and attention to detail.Basic understanding of Event Marketing and promotional activities, with enthusiasm for fashion and entertainment events.Comfortable with Sales-related support such as assisting with inquiries, follow-ups, and basic pitch materials.Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, including evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.Proficiency in common office and communication tools; familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
