Our philosophy is simple - to provide client solutions that are integrated, market-oriented, and results-driven.ROOTS Malaysia provides expertise in creative services & brand activation. We work very closely with our network partners in PR (ROOTS PR) and digital marketing (DEX) to drive the integrated  strategies that we develop for our clients.                                           In a Nutshell:We are looking for a talented and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting marketing operations, activations, and eventWhat you'll do:Support the line manager in day-to-day operations and project coordinationTo assist and manage deliverables from time to time Conduct marketing research and gather insights when requiredSupport meeting recaps and documentationActively participate in brainstorming sessions, planning, and team discussionsAssist with event setup, on-ground execution, and project deliverablesProvide regular project updates and progress tracking on a daily/weekly basisWhat you have:Experience in events, marketing, or activationsStrong communication skills with proficiency in English; Mandarin/Chinese is preferredGood working knowledge of Excel, Docs, and SlidesBasic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator would be an added advantageOwn transportation to support event setups and on-ground activations
