Event Manager

Company Description Integrity Immersive Events is a Dubai-based events company specializing in crafting high-impact, experiential events for corporate, cultural, and private clients. Role Description The Event or Project or Operation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of immersive events. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand event objectives, developing detailed event plans and timelines. The Event Manager oversees logistics, technical requirements, and event setup, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations. During events, the individual leads on-site coordination, supervises staff, monitors schedules, and addresses issues to maintain a high-quality experience for attendees. The role also includes post-event evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement of processes to enhance future events.Qualifications:Experience in event planning and on-site event management, including coordinating logistics, vendors, and venues ONLY in the UAE and a minimum of 3-5 years would be considered.Strong project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions and team coordination.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and supervise staff during event setup and execution.High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.Prior experience in the events, hospitality, or entertainment industry in Dubai or the wider region is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in alignment with event schedules.
