About the jobLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaFull-time | Relocation Provided*HOTSPOT is hiring an Event / Activation Project Manager in Riyadh.*We are looking for someone who can manage projects from client brief to on-ground execution, while coordinating with technical teams, suppliers, venues, and clients.At HOTSPOT, our work includes LED screens, AV solutions, lighting, sound systems, stage effects, fixed installations, smart displays, and interactive brand activations.This is not a traditional event planning role only.It is a hands-on project management role for someone who can turn a creative idea into a smooth, professional execution.Responsibilities• Receive and understand client requirements• Prepare project timelines and execution plans• Coordinate with technical teams, suppliers, and venues• Manage installation, operation, and dismantling requirements• Follow up on site readiness, safety, and logistics• Ensure every project is delivered professionally and on time• Communicate clearly with clients before, during, and after executionPreferred Experience• Experience in events, activations, AV, production, exhibitions, or technical project management• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage pressure during live projects• Good communication with clients and internal teamsLocation*Riyadh, Saudi Arabia*How to ApplySend your CV to: (inquiry@hotsspots.com)WhatsApp: *+966 54 393 8548*
