This is not a conventional events role. It is an opportunity to create unforgettable experiences at one of Dubai’s most iconic destinations, bringing ambitious ideas to life 200 metres above the city. From spectacular private events and brand activations to launches, celebrations and completely bespoke concepts, this role is for someone with exceptional creativity, commercial instinct and the confidence to deliver at the highest level. If you are passionate about creating moments people remember, thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment and want the freedom to push what an event can be, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end planning and execution of events at AURA Skypool, from concept to delivery.Develop creative concepts for private events, brand activations, launches, celebrations and bespoke experiences.Work closely with clients to understand their vision and turn briefs into memorable, high-quality experiences.Prepare event proposals, budgets, timelines and presentations, ensuring commercial viability.Identify new event opportunities and contribute to revenue generation and business growth.Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, event planners, suppliers and production partners.Coordinate with Operations, F&B, Marketing, PR and other teams to ensure seamless event delivery.Manage suppliers, production, entertainment, décor, AV and other event requirements.Oversee event budgets and costs, ensuring events are delivered within agreed financial parameters.Be hands-on during events, ensuring exceptional execution, guest experience and service standards.Stay ahead of luxury hospitality, lifestyle and experiential trends and bring fresh ideas to AURA.QualificationsProven experience in events, experiential marketing or luxury hospitality, preferably in Dubai.Strong track record of delivering creative, high-end and bespoke events.Excellent creative thinking and concept development skills, with the ability to turn ideas into memorable experiences.Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets and identifying revenue opportunities.Excellent client-facing, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Strong network across brands, agencies, suppliers, production companies and event partners.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to event execution.Passion for luxury hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment and experiential events.Come create events in the sky.
