Team members at EIS contribute directly to shaping how modern events are designed, managed, and experienced.Role Description The Event Manager Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology-driven events and exhibitions. This internship role is hybrid, based in the Riyadh Region, with a mix of on-site activities and some work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with event timelines, vendor and partner coordination, logistics planning, and on-site setup and support. The intern will help manage event documentation, track deliverables, and communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Additional tasks may involve contributing to creative event concepts, supporting the integration of EIS tech solutions, and gathering feedback to improve future events.Qualifications Event planning and coordination skills, including scheduling, logistics support, and vendor or partner communication.Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, partners, and clients.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, especially in managing event requirements and on-site challenges.Comfort with technology and willingness to learn event-specific tools, interactive systems, and digital platforms.Ability to work in a hybrid setup in the Riyadh Region, demonstrating reliability both on-site and while working from home.Relevant academic background in Events Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Prior exposure to events, exhibitions, or project-based work (through internships, projects, or student activities) is an advantage.
