Vibes Events is seeking an experienced Event Manager on behalf of a valued client, who is a leading events agency based in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will take full ownership of event projects from initial briefing through planning, execution, and post-event reporting, working across large-scale corporate events, activations, exhibitions, and government programmes in a fast-paced agency environment.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEContract Duration: 3 MonthsWorking Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility required during events)What You'll DoProject & Event DeliveryManage events and activations from concept through to completion, including large-scale corporate events, government programmes, exhibitions, and brand activationsDevelop project timelines, budgets, production schedules, and event plans; manage event logistics, permits, manpower, branding, production, and on-site operationsHandle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality and client satisfactionSupplier & Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate with clients, suppliers, production teams, venues, and internal departments throughout the full project lifecycleManage suppliers, negotiate quotations and commercial terms, and identify and mitigate project risks proactivelyMaintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, and prepare post-event reports and project evaluationsWhat We Are Looking ForMinimum 5 years of experience within an events, experiential, or activations agency environmentProven experience managing large-scale events, corporate events, activations, exhibitions, and/or government events end to endExcellent project management, budgeting, supplier management, and client servicing skillsStrong knowledge of event production and operations; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlinesUAE events experience is highly preferred; based in the UAE with immediate or near-immediate availabilityAdditional InformationThis is a contract role with an initial duration of 3 months, subject to extension based on project requirements and performance.Candidates must be flexible regarding contract extension and willing to work longer hours based on business requirements.Candidates must be eligible for a UAE labour card/work permit.
