Event Manager (EMIRATI)

We are hiring an 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 for a high-impact opportunity in 𝐀𝐛𝐮 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢, 𝐔𝐀𝐄 🇦🇪.This role is ideal for an experienced events professional who can combine creative thinking with strong operational discipline to deliver polished corporate experiences, executive engagements, exhibitions, launches, and stakeholder events from concept through to completion.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬-Shape and manage an integrated calendar of events, ensuring each activation supports business priorities, key milestones, and stakeholder objectives.-Take ownership of complex event delivery from initial concept through production, logistics, guest experience, on-site execution, and post-event review.-Create seamless experiences for executives, VIPs, partners, and other priority audiences, coordinating protocol, hospitality, access, speaker requirements, and event flow.-Lead agencies, venues, production partners, and suppliers, ensuring clear scopes, strong commercial control, reliable delivery, and consistently high standards.-Work closely with internal teams to bring together event branding, content, presentations, digital amplification, and supporting communications.-Strengthen event performance by managing budgets, anticipating operational risks, defining success measures, and applying lessons learned to future delivery.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬-6+ years of experience across corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, experiential marketing, event production, or a related environment.-Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or another relevant discipline.-Strong track record of delivering complex or high-profile events, ideally involving executive, government, institutional, or premium stakeholder audiences.-Solid experience managing agencies, suppliers, production partners, commercial negotiations, and event budgets.-Strong project management, organisation, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.-Fluent English is required; Arabic would be highly desirable.
