🌟 We’re Hiring: Brand Launch Event Concept Development Consultant📍 Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia💼 Experience: 12+ Years💰 Salary: Up to USD 10,000 per monthWe are looking for a highly creative and experienced Event Concept Developer / Creative Director / Experiential Event Consultant to develop the creative concept and strategic direction for a world-class luxury brand launch event.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in luxury events, brand activations, experiential marketing, hospitality, or lifestyle events, with the ability to create immersive guest journeys, compelling brand storytelling, innovative culinary experiences, and memorable social media moments.Key Expertise Required:✨ Creative Event Concepts & Storytelling🎭 Guest Experience & Experiential Design🍽️ Luxury Hospitality & Culinary Experiences🎨 Visual & Design Direction📸 Brand Activations & Social Media MomentsWhat We're Looking For✔️ 12+ years of experience in creative event concepts, luxury hospitality, experiential events, brand activations, or premium lifestyle events.✔️ Strong portfolio of developing high-end, immersive, and internationally benchmarked event concepts.✔️ Excellent understanding of luxury brand positioning, guest experience, storytelling, and experiential design.✔️ Ability to translate a brand vision into a cohesive and memorable event journey.✔️ Strong presentation and creative communication skills.✔️ Experience working with hospitality, food & beverage, luxury, lifestyle, or premium brands will be highly preferred.Important NoteThis role focuses specifically on creative concept development and strategic direction.
