Job Summary: TSG On-Site Contractors are trusted members of our event execution team, responsible for bringing complex transportation programs to life on the ground. Working at high-profile events and engagements, they serve as an extension of TSG—helping ensure every detail is executed with precision and every client experiences the level of service expected from our brand.Assignments vary based on the size, complexity and operational needs of each program. Depending on experience and program requirements, an On-Site Contractor may lead an entire transportation operation, oversee a critical area or venue, coordinate vehicle and chauffeur activity, manage guest movements, or provide direct client and guest support.Success in this role requires sound judgement, composure, adaptability and a service-first mindset. Our strongest On-Site Contractors are experienced in a variety of roles and able to handle multiple job functions, anticipate needs, solve problems before they become disruptions, communicate confidently with clients and partners, and remain calm and effective in fast-moving environments.Regardless of assignment, the expectation is the same: protect the integrity of the program, support the TSG team, and deliver a safe, organized and seamless experience that reflects our standard of exceptional service.On-Site Roles, including but not limited to:· Program Lead· Program Manager / Fleet Manager· Specialized Management (Chauffeur Manager, Airport Lead)· Support Management (Fleet Support, Chauffeur Support)· Coordinator (Program Coordinator, Terminal Lead)· Entry-Level Support (Airport Greeter)Role AssignmentContractors may be fit for multiple on-site roles. TSG assigns each contractor to the role that best matches the requirements of the program and the contractor's experience. A contractor may be assigned different roles on different programs. Assignment level is based on the responsibilities performed for that program. Not every program will require every level or role.

Qualifications
