Event Operations Manager

CAB Experiences is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – Events Operations to join our team in Bangalore.This role is key to ensuring the seamless execution of events from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Coordination: Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including vendor management, venue selection, timelines, and on-site operations.Budget Management: Handle event budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners, managing both marketing and operational aspects effectively.Supplier & Vendor Relations: Build strong relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth service delivery on event day.On-Site Execution: Manage all event-day operations, from registration to technical support, troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Qualifications

Minimum 6+ years of experience in event operations or management.Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage budgets and multiple stakeholders effectively.
