Event Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end event operations for corporate events and special projects.
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with Hotel, Artist, vendors, production teams and internal creative teams for event planning and execution.
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare detailed cost sheets, budgeting, vendor negotiations and on-site event management.
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Ensure smooth on-ground logistics, setups and manpower management.
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Create timelines and checklists to ensure flawless execution of events.
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Handle regulatory approvals, permissions and documentation wherever necessary.
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Maintain strong client servicing support during the operational phase of events.
• ⁠ ⁠Post-event closure: vendor settlements, feedback reports and documentation. Candidate Profile:
• ⁠ ⁠Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in Admin/Event Operations (preferably in event agencies or experiential marketing).
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Hands-on experience with production planning, logistics management and vendor coordination.
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to work under tight deadlines, adaptable to working long hours on event days.
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Strong organisational and communication skills.
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Should be Mumbai-based or willing to relocate.
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Immediate joiners preferredSkills Required:
• ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Excel
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Eye for detail in production and logistics planning.
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Client-facing attitude and team player spirit.
