Event Operations Manager – Racing Simulators

PREMOSIM | Full-time | Dubai Silicon Oasis, DubaiPREMOSIM rents and operates full-motion racing simulators, made in Germany, for corporate events, exhibitions, malls and public venues across the United Arab Emirates. We are looking for an Operations Manager to run our simulators at events and locations across the country.What you will doOrganise transport of the simulators to each location: drive the company or your own car with a trailer, or coordinate a transport companySet up and coordinate the booth at each location, and set up and dismantle the simulatorsConnect, test and run the simulators, software and live leaderboard, and solve technical problems on the spotGive every driver a safety briefing and supervise the ridesBook, brief and lead freelance hosts and helpers for each eventCoordinate logistics with event organisers and venues, and prepare the venue paperwork (contractor registration, risk assessment, method statement)Take payments and report daily sales and cashTake responsibility for maintenance: run regular checks, keep the maintenance log, and organise repairs with the manufacturer and service providersWhat you bringExperience in events or promotions, plus hands-on technical skills (audio-visual, IT or similar)Very good EnglishA valid United Arab Emirates driving licence and confidence driving with a trailerYou are currently in the United Arab EmiratesYou are organised and reliable, calm under pressure, and good with peopleYou are comfortable with physical workWhat we offerFixed salary plus commissionEmployment visa and medical insurancePhone costs reimbursedSix days a week with Monday off and flexible hours; events often run in the evenings and at weekendsApply here on LinkedIn with your CV.
