Event Owner | Sales & Event Project Coordinator

Apply & track with Apply EdgeTORE is looking to welcome a new Event Owner to its Commercial Team.We are looking for someone who combines client communication, commercial thinking, organization and aesthetic judgment, and who enjoys taking real ownership of a project from the first request through to the final event details. At TORE, this is not a traditional sales role.Our Event Owners work closely with clients, event planners, agencies, venues and internal teams to turn a brief into a clear, thoughtful and operationally realistic proposal.What you will do
- Manage your own portfolio of clients and events end-to-end
- Understand client briefs and translate them into clear furniture and event solutions
- Recommend products, layouts, combinations and suitable alternatives
- Check availability and coordinate changes
- Manage client communication, follow-ups, meetings and showroom appointments
- Prepare or adapt basic floorplans / layouts when required
- Gather final event details and ensure a clear handover to Operations / Logistics
- Remain the main commercial point of contact throughout the project
- Attend selected important or complex setups when this adds value to the project and client experienceWhat we are looking for
- Previous experience in events, sales, project coordination, hospitality, interiors or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage several projects and deadlines at the same time
- Confidence in client-facing communication
- Commercial awareness and good judgment
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Valid driving licenceAdditional strengths we valueWe are especially interested in candidates who bring one or more of the following:
- AutoCAD or similar 2D layout experience
- Spatial thinking and confidence with floorplans
- Strong presentation and visual communication skills
- Experience with creative proposals, content or shoots
