Modernist Group successfully manages over 400 events and more than 150 digital and traditional campaigns annually.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Event Project Manager, based on-site in Dubai. The Event Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing events, managing budgets, coordinating with clients and vendors, and overseeing event logistics. Daily tasks include developing event concepts, ensuring budget compliance, and providing excellent communication and support throughout the event planning and execution phases.Key responsibilities• Developing the event concept and format• Establishing the project budget and tracking commercial objectives• Coordinating production, logistics, and on-site operations• Managing timelines, critical paths, risks, and crisis scenarios• Post-delivery measurement and reportingQualificationsExperience in Event Planning and Event ManagementProficient in Budgeting and Budget ManagementExcellent Communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlinesBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fieldExperience working in a similar role within an event management agency with experience of 5 yearsFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
