Event Project Manager

HOTSPOT is hiring an Event / Activation Project Manager in Riyadh.We are looking for someone who can manage projects from client brief to on-ground execution, while coordinating with technical teams, suppliers, venues, and clients.At HOTSPOT, our work includes LED screens, AV solutions, lighting, sound systems, stage effects, fixed installations, smart displays, and interactive brand activations.This is not a traditional event planning role only.It is a hands-on project management role for someone who can turn a creative idea into a smooth, professional execution.ResponsibilitiesReceive and understand client requirementsPrepare project timelines and execution plansCoordinate with technical teams, suppliers, and venuesManage installation, operation, and dismantling requirementsFollow up on site readiness, safety, and logisticsEnsure every project is delivered professionally and on timeCommunicate clearly with clients before, during, and after executionPreferred ExperienceExperience in events, activations, AV, production, exhibitions, or technical project managementStrong coordination and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage pressure during live projectsGood communication with clients and internal teamsLocationRiyadh, Saudi ArabiaHow to ApplySend your CV to: inquiry@hotsspots.comWhatsApp: +966 54 393 8548
