Apply & track with Apply EdgeProject Manager – Event ProductionAn established global event production and AV business is looking for a Project Manager to join its London team, taking ownership of the technical delivery of large-scale live and corporate events.This is a hands-on project management role covering the full event lifecycle, from initial technical planning and pre-production through to onsite delivery, show execution and post-event wrap-up.You’ll work closely with clients, technical teams, suppliers, venues, sales and operations to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, safely and profitably.The RoleManage large-scale event projects from initial planning through to load-in, live show and load-outDevelop technical production schedules, project plans, labour requirements and equipment specificationsCoordinate internal technical teams, freelancers, suppliers and venue partnersAct as the key client contact throughout planning and onsite deliveryDetermine equipment, technical and resource requirements alongside Sales and OperationsManage onsite changes to schedules, equipment and workforce requirementsOversee event budgets, costs, sub-rentals and external labour spendReview technical documentation and support the creation of technical diagramsEnsure Risk Assessments, Method Statements and relevant H&S documentation are completed and communicatedLead technical teams onsite and maintain high production and service standardsComplete post-event reporting, reconciliation and supplier processesBuild strong client relationships and support repeat businessAbout You4+ years’ technical experience within corporate events, live production, AV, staging or broadcastStrong understanding of event production and AV technologyExperience managing complex technical projects and live event deliveryConfident working directly with clients, venues, suppliers and technical crewsStrong operational logistics and resource-planning experienceComfortable managing budgets, project costs and commercial considerationsAble to remain organised and decisive in fast-moving live environmentsTechnical drawing/diagram knowledge would be beneficialPrevious team leadership or supervisory experience would be advantageousFlexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours when required for eventsWhat’s on OfferSalary up to £55,000 depending on experiencePrivate healthcare after 12 monthsEnhanced family leaveCompany sick payEmployee Assistance Programme and PerkboxEmployee recognition and referral schemesClear career development opportunitiesAccess to high-end AV and event technologyOpportunities within an established international organisationSupported volunteering and long-service programme
