Event Rental Client Coordinator

Stryx Sports is looking for an experienced and confident Event Rental Client Coordinator to join the team in Dubai.This is a hands-on, client-facing event coordination role suited to someone who understands the practical realities of delivering events in the UAE; from coordinating with clients and suppliers to managing logistics, event set-ups, safety requirements and on-the-ground operations.What you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing client communication from initial enquiry through to event delivery
• Understanding client requirements and translating them into clear operational plans
• Coordinating with clients, suppliers, venues, schools and internal teams
• Supporting event logistics, equipment, AV/technical requirements and event set-ups
• Ensuring events are delivered smoothly and according to agreed requirements
• Coordinating permits and ensuring compliance with relevant UAE event requirements
• Understanding and supporting health & safety requirements, risk assessments and event procedures
• Managing changes, last-minute requirements and unexpected issues professionally
• Managing client expectations and resolving issues efficiently
• Supporting the team before, during and after events to ensure a high standard of deliveryWhat we’re looking for:
• Hands-on event management or event coordination experience in the UAE
• Strong understanding of the local event environment and operational requirements
• Experience dealing directly with clients, suppliers and multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with event permits, health & safety and risk assessment requirements
• Practical understanding of event logistics, AV/technical requirements and event set-ups
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident, professional and solution-oriented personality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
• Someone who is proactive, takes ownership and is comfortable making things happen on the groundExperience within schools, academies, sports, education or venue operations would be an advantage, but is not essential.
