Event Sales Coordinator

Wedding & Events IndustryWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Event Sales Executive with proven experience in the UAE wedding and events industry. This role is ideal for a confident sales professional who understands not only how to generate and close business, but also the importance of client relationships, event coordination, and seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to incoming leads professionally and promptly
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event solutions
• Prepare professional proposals and quotations
• Conduct consistent follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
• Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution
• Manage the client journey from the initial enquiry through to event completion
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and maximize revenue per booking
• Achieve individual and monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven sales experience within the UAE events industry is mandatory
• Strong experience in wedding events is mandatory
• Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Strong understanding of event operations and coordination
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Confident, proactive, target-oriented, and commercially driven
• Strong knowledge of the UAE events and wedding market
