WE’RE HIRING – EVENT SECURITY MANAGER | LONDONMinistry Protective is looking for an experienced Event Security Manager to join our operational team on a temporary contract for a major London event.📍 Location: London📅 Contract: Mid-November 2026 – Early January 2027🕒 Role: Temporary / Full-Time Event DeploymentThis is a hands-on operational management position, responsible for overseeing security teams within a busy, high-footfall event environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day delivery of the security operationLead, brief and deploy Security Supervisors and SIA Door SupervisorsMaintain high standards of customer service, safety and professionalismLiaise directly with event management, venue teams and other stakeholdersMonitor crowd movement, capacities and potential areas of vulnerabilityManage incidents and ensure appropriate escalation and reportingEnsure assignment instructions, licensing conditions and operational procedures are followedConduct staff welfare and performance checks throughout each shiftMaintain accurate incident, deployment and operational recordsSupport senior management with changes to deployment and emerging operational requirementsThe successful candidate will have:Significant experience managing security at large-scale events, festivals or high-footfall venuesA valid SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection LicenceStrong leadership and people-management skillsExcellent communication and client-facing abilitiesExperience managing large security teamsA strong understanding of crowd management, event safety and incident responseThe ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in a fast-moving environmentExcellent standards of professionalism and presentationFlexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and peak event dates throughout the contractCrowd management qualifications, IOSH/NEBOSH, First Aid and previous experience working at major London events would be advantageous.This is an excellent opportunity to take a senior operational role within one of London's major seasonal events and work alongside the Ministry Protective management team.Interested?Please send your CV and a brief summary of your relevant event security management experience to Ministry Protective.#Hiring #SecurityJobs #EventSecurity #SecurityManager #LondonJobs #EventJobs #SIA #CrowdManagement #EventsIndustry #MinistryProtective
