Event SpecialistWe are looking for an experienced Event Specialist to join our Marketing team and play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring events, brand activations, and consumer engagement initiatives.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute events, brand activations, and consumer engagement activities aligned with marketing and brand strategies.Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.Manage event logistics, materials, event setup, suppliers, promoters, and vendors.Coordinate with event management agencies and suppliers to ensure activities are delivered on time and to the required standards.Monitor event performance, KPIs, consumer engagement, and ROI.Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all event and activation touchpoints.Develop engaging consumer experiences that drive brand awareness, product trials, and customer engagement.Manage event budgets, timelines, resources, and requirements effectively.Prepare post-event reports, consumer insights, and recommendations for future events and campaigns.Ensure confidentiality and perform other duties related to the nature of the role.🔹 Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, brand activation, trade marketing, or a similar field.Proven experience in planning and executing events, brand activations, and consumer-facing campaigns.Strong understanding of marketing and consumer behavior.Strong project and event management skills.Experience in vendor and agency coordination, negotiation, and budget management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and execution.🔹 What We're Looking ForA proactive and customer-focused professional who can manage multiple events and projects simultaneously, work effectively under pressure, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and deliver high-quality brand experiences.Location: RiyadhNationality: Saudi NationalEmployment Type: Full-time
