Event Specialist

The Event Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for conceptualizing, planning, coordinating, and executing events and retail / mall activations for BUZ’s clients. This role includes managing event timelines, vendor and partner coordination, logistics, and on-the-day operations to ensure seamless experiences. The Event Specialist collaborates closely with internal teams to align events with broader experiential marketing and strategies, while maintaining strong client communication and support. Daily tasks involve preparing proposals, managing budgets, overseeing set-up and breakdown, monitoring event performance, and capturing insights to improve future campaigns. The role also requires proactive problem-solving, maintaining high standards of customer service, and representing the BUZ brand professionally at all client-facing engagements.Candidates should possess strong Event Conceptualizing,Planning and Event Marketing skills, including experience coordinating logistics, timelines, and promotional activities.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.Candidates should possess Sales and relationship-building skills to support client retention, upsell opportunities, and partnership development.Relevant experience in experiential events marketing,events within an agency or consultancy environment is highly beneficial.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.Comfort working on-site at events, including occasional evenings or weekends as required.Proficiency with common office and event management tools; familiarity with digital marketing or social media platforms is an advantage.A relevant diploma or degree in events management, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
