The RoleWe are looking for someone who is unstoppable. Someone who does not know the word "impossible." What are our options?"What You Will DoBeing an important part of the planning, you will take the ownership of the execution of company events, exhibitions, roadshows, launches, activations and other experiences.Lead events from initial planning through execution, dismantling and final asset return.Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders and ensure everyone understands their role, deadline and deliverables.Source, brief, negotiate with and manage event vendors and suppliers.Coordinate with venues, production companies, printing houses, fabrication companies, creative agencies, AV suppliers, entertainment providers, caterers, logistics companies and other partners.Arrange meetings, site visits, technical inspections and production briefings.Connect the right people at the right time to keep projects moving.Follow up relentlessly on deliverables, approvals, production and deadlines.Anticipate potential problems before they become problems and prepare contingency options.Find solutions quickly when plans change or something goes wrong.Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best combination of quality, timing and cost.Coordinate event branding, signage, printing, furniture, gifts, promotional materials, AV, production and other event requirements.Manage transportation, loading, unloading, installation and dismantling of company assets and event materials.Take full accountability for company assets throughout transportation, installation, event operation, dismantling and return to the company's storage or venue.Maintain accurate records of event-related assets and stock.Organise and maintain the company's marketing and event stock so that materials are easy to locate, track and deploy.Monitor stock levels and proactively arrange replenishment before materials run out.Coordinate stock movement between departments and locations without disrupting business operations.Ensure all event materials are ready, complete and delivered on time.Conduct post-event checks and ensure all assets, materials and equipment are accounted for and properly stored.Support multiple events and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of execution.Your Vendor NetworkWe expect you to already understand the UAE events ecosystem.You should have a strong and active network of trusted suppliers and contacts across areas such as:Event production and fabricationPrinting and large-format productionBranding and signageAV and technical productionFurniture and event infrastructureVenues and hotelsCateringEntertainment and performersPhotography and videographyCreative and event agenciesLogistics and transportationGifting and promotional itemsStaffing and event manpowerOther specialist event suppliersYou do not need to use your existing network exclusively, but you should know who to call when something needs to happen quickly.What We Are Looking For5+ years of hands-on event experience, preferably within the UAE.Strong experience organising corporate, luxury, real estate, hospitality, launches, roadshows, exhibitions or brand events.Strong knowledge of the UAE events and supplier market.An established network of reliable vendors and production partners.Proven experience managing events from concept and planning through to execution and dismantling.Strong project management and organisational skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.Ability to manage budgets, quotations, purchase orders, timelines and supplier deliverables.Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, suppliers, venues and production teams.Strong understanding of event logistics and on-site operations.A valid UAE driving licence is highly preferred.The Mindset We NeedYou are a "Yes, we can" person.You don't problem.The Reality of EventsEvents do not always happen between 9 and 6.This role requires flexibility and an understanding that evenings, early mornings, weekends and public holidays may sometimes be part of the job, depending on the event schedule.We need someone who is comfortable being on the ground when the work needs to be done.The PersonYou are energetic.You are proactive.You are highly communicative.You are organised without being bureaucratic.You can speak to a CEO, a venue manager, a production crew and a printing supplier with the same level of confidence and professionalism.You enjoy being around people and naturally build relationships.You are comfortable having dozens of conversations at the same time while keeping track of what actually needs to happen.You don't need
