The Event Specialist will plan, organize, and execute a variety of promotional and corporate events, ensuring that each event meets client objectives and enhances brand visibility. Daily responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, handling registrations, and overseeing event setup and breakdown. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to develop event concepts, schedules, and marketing materials, while monitoring budgets and timelines. The Event Specialist will also interact with attendees, address on-site questions or issues, gather feedback, and support post-event reporting and follow-up activities.Qualifications Strong event planning and coordination skills, including experience managing timelines, budgets, and logistics.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Customer service abilities to provide professional support to attendees and stakeholders before, during, and after events.Event marketing and sales skills to promote events, engage audiences, and support lead generation or conversion goals.Ability to work on-site in Bhagalpur, manage multiple events concurrently, and adapt to changing requirements.Proficiency with basic office software and event management tools; familiarity with social media promotion is an advantage.Prior experience in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Relevant diploma or degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is beneficial.
