Event Specialist who will work as Fuel Management Supervisor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaContract Period: 27 October – 26 December 2026About the ProjectA major continental multi-sport event under the Olympic Council of Asia.Role OverviewManages and supervises fuel supply and usage for event operations, ensuring availability, accurate tracking and compliance with safety procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan fuel requirements and coordinate supplier deliveries.Supervise fuel distribution points, refuelling schedules and fuel usage logs.Monitor fuel consumption and report against allocated quantities.Maintain accurate records of fuel deliveries, stock levels and consumption.Ensure compliance with fuel handling, safety and environmental procedures.Coordinate with operational teams and suppliers to prevent fuel shortages or delays.Address fuel supply issues and ensure uninterrupted support for event operations.Qualifications & ExperienceAt least 2 years experience managing fuel logistics for large-scale events or operational environments.Strong understanding of fuel handling, storage and safety procedures.
