Event Specialist-Mall Activations & Experiental Events

The Event Specialist will conceptualise, plan, and bring to life standout mall activations and experiential events that connect brands with people in meaningful ways. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can take an event from idea to execution, developing concepts, preparing proposals and budgets, coordinating with vendors and partners, managing timelines and logistics, and ensuring smooth on-ground delivery.The Event Specialist will work closely with BUZ’s internal creative, marketing, and account teams to bring impactful experiences to life while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring every activation is delivered to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualise and develop pitches for mall activations, experiential campaigns, and events line with client objectives and brand strategies.Prepare event proposals, presentations, timelines, budgets, costing, and execution plans.Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, venues, mall teams, promoters, and other external partners to ensure seamless execution.Manage event logistics including set-up, dismantling, production, staffing, permits, branding, materials, and on-ground requirements.Take ownership of event timelines and deliverables, ensuring all activities are completed within agreed deadlines and budgets.Proactively develop and convert new leads by building strong industry relationships, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and driving revenue growth.Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and support new business pitches.Monitor event performance and gather feedback, insights, and learnings to improve future campaigns.Ensure all events are delivered with a strong focus on customer experience, quality, brand standards, and attention to detail.A relevant diploma or degree in events management, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.Local UAE experience in events in prerequisite for this role .
