Responsibilities:Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to align event strategiesBuild strong relationships with tenants, partners, and vendorsStay on top of lifestyle and consumer trends to keep events relevant and engagingSupervise on-site event execution to ensure smooth operationsProvide post-event evaluation and insights for continuous improvementRequirements:Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable universityMinimum 3 years of working experience in event management or a related roleExperience in mall, retail, or property industry is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillCreative, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with current market trendsProfessional grooming and strong presentation skillsPassion for lifestyle, events, and building community experiencesWilling to be placed at K Mall – Central Jakarta
