We're growing our presence across Dubai and looking for an Events & Activations Coordinator to lead it on the ground.About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and creative Events & Activation Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end event planning, driving high-impact brand activation campaigns, and delivering memorable brand experiences.If you are a proactive problem solver with a passion for experiential marketing, vendor management, and seamless operational execution, we’d love to hear from you!What you'll doEvent Planning & ManagementPlan and execute events from concept to completionDevelop event timelines, budgets and project plansSource and manage vendors, venues and suppliersCoordinate logistics, including AV, transport, setup and brandingManage registration and attendee communicationsBrand Activations & Customer EngagementDevelop and deliver pop-ups, launches and experiential campaignsCreate concepts that fit our brand and audienceRepresent Pet Watch at every event, engaging pet owners directlyExplain the platform and convert interest into sign-ups and bookingsStakeholder ManagementWork with our marketing, sales, creative and sitter teams to align event goalsManage relationships with sponsors, partners and external stakeholdersHandle permits, contracts and agreementsOperations & LogisticsOversee event setup, execution and breakdownSupervise on-site staff and volunteersSolve problems on the spot and manage issues as they ariseEnsure compliance with safety and venue requirementsMarketing & ReportingSupport promotional planning and event materialsCoordinate with our social media team on event coverageTrack attendance, leads and ROIDeliver post-event reports with recommendations on how we can continuously improveAdministrationMaintain event records and documentationProcess invoices and track budgetsNegotiate with vendors and coordinate travel when neededWhat you'll bring2–4 years in events, activations or experiential marketing, ideally in the UAEWorking knowledge of Dubai event permits and venue requirementsConfidence engaging the public and pitching a product naturallyStrong organisation and budget disciplineA hands-on approach: comfortable with early setups, full days on-site, and weekend events when the calendar requiresExperience in the pet, lifestyle or consumer app space is a plusBonus: a genuine love of animals (our team is pet-obsessed, and you will be too)Why Pet WatchYou'll build our events function, not just maintain itYou'll see your work land directly in bookings and community growthYou'll join a small team where your ideas get heard and actioned quicklyHybrid working after probation
