Events & Sales ManagerSirene by Gaia | DubaiSirene by Gaia is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and commercially driven Events & Sales Manager to join our team.As Events & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving event sales and managing the full event journey — from the first client enquiry through to successful execution. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with our operations team to deliver exceptional experiences that reflect the Sirene by Gaia standard.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue through private events, corporate events, celebrations, group bookings, and special occasions.Manage the complete event sales cycle, from enquiry and proposal through negotiation, contracting, and handover to operations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, event agencies, corporates, and key industry partners.Proactively generate new business and identify opportunities to increase event and group revenue.Prepare tailored proposals, packages, quotations, contracts, and event agreements.Conduct venue tours and client meetings, confidently presenting Sirene by Gaia as an events destination.Work closely with the operations, culinary, marketing, and management teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.Maintain an accurate events pipeline, follow up on leads, and achieve agreed sales targets.Coordinate event details, budgets, menus, layouts, timelines, and client requirements before handover and throughout the planning process.Attend networking events, industry functions, and relevant business development opportunities to build the brand and generate leads.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within Dubai’s events and hospitality sector.Ensure every client interaction reflects the brand’s standards, personality, and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in events sales, hospitality sales, venue sales, or a similar commercial role.Proven track record of generating and converting event business.Strong network within Dubai’s hospitality, corporate, events, and/or luxury lifestyle sectors is highly desirable.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.Commercially minded, target-driven, and proactive in generating new business.Confident working with clients from initial enquiry through to event completion.Professional, personable, and polished with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.Experience working in Dubai/UAE hospitality is preferred.Sirene Beach by GAIA is a harmonious blend of an Aegean-inspired beach club and the renowned Greek-Mediterranean restaurant GAIA.Designed as a multi-zoned space, Sirene boasts hidden bars, private cabanas, a swimming pool, a 350 seat restaurant, and a beachfront featuring 300 sunbeds, creating a space where Mediterranean flavors and coastal elegance converge in a one-of-a-kind experience.
