It is this experience that has enabled us to select the best possible technology solutions and hand pick some of the best pricing providers available in the market.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of global events, exhibitions, sponsorship activations, and client hospitality experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys managing multiple projects while ensuring every event is delivered seamlessly and to the highest standard.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare event proposals, including vendor or venue comparisons, cost breakdowns, capacity fit, and recommended options.Coordinate the planning and execution of global events, exhibitions, conferences, sponsorship activations, client hospitality, and internal events.Develop and maintain event timelines, project plans, and operational checklists to ensure successful delivery.Liaise with venues, suppliers, production agencies, freight partners, and event organisers to coordinate all event logistics.Coordinate travel, accommodation, visas, and transportation for staff and guests attending events.Manage event registrations, attendee lists, supplier documentation, and event schedules.Coordinate the production and delivery of exhibition booths, branding, signage, promotional materials, merchandise, and event collateral.Track event budgets, raise purchase orders, process invoices, and assist with budget reconciliation.Work closely with internal marketing teams, regional offices, and external partners to ensure event requirements and deadlines are met.Support on-site event setup, execution, troubleshooting, and pack-down where required.Maintain an organised inventory of event assets, promotional merchandise, and marketing materials.Prepare post-event reports, including attendee numbers, lead generation results, budget summaries, and key learnings.Identify opportunities to improve event processes, supplier management, and operational efficiencies.Requirements2–4 years' experience in event coordination, marketing, hospitality, or a similar role.Experience coordinating exhibitions, conferences, corporate events, or sponsorship activations.Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with external vendors, venues, and suppliers.Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, or similar.Budget tracking and invoice management experience is desirable.Willingness to travel internationally as required.What IC OffersOpportunity to coordinate global events and brand activations for a leading international financial services brand.
