Events Specialist - Middle East, India, and Africa (Fixed Term)

This position is ideal for a marketer with strong event execution skills who is capable of transforming global event briefs into regionally tailored, impactful events. You will support the Assistant Event Manager in the planning, execution, and evaluation of high-profile brand events, product launches, and masterclasses that resonate with the community and meet regional needs. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure each event runs smoothly. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong organizational skills to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and logistics while ensuring every event is aligned with our brand's values and marketing objectives.Please note that this role is a 6-month fixed term contract.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing high-profile brand events, product launches, and masterclasses, ensuring each one reflects the brand's values and market positioningSupport the adaptation and execution of global event strategies to meet the cultural and regional needs of the Middle East, Africa, and IndiaManage timelines, and logistics to ensure quality, efficiency, and an outstanding event experienceCoordinate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Education, Retail, Commercial) and external vendors to ensure smooth and cohesive event executionConduct post-event analysis and provide insights to improve future event performance and ROISupport the preparation of reports, strategy documents, and presentations for senior management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basisRequirementsProven track record of successful large-scale eventsStrong project management and budgeting skillsProficiency in event planning softwareUnderstanding of beauty industry trends and influencer landscapeExcellent communication and networking abilitiesResilience, creativity & high level of agilityExcellent team playerFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as neededTravel is required2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management and/or event management, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industryBachelor's degree in Marketing preferableBenefitsMonthly "Self Love Days" - at company discretionPremium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employee plus dependentsMonthly coaching sessions with our in-house Success CoachEmployee discounts on all Huda Beauty productsQuarterly product giftingHuda Beauty is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
