QualificationsEngineering backgroundStrong knowledge of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, picking, inventory)3-5y hands-on experience with SAP EWM (user or key user level)Understanding of logistics and material flowBasic SAP master data and process configuration awarenessProblem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication skills (business ↔ IT)Ability to train and support end usersResponsibilitiesAct as the key user for SAP EWM, ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of master data and system processes.Support, train, and guide SAP EWM users while developing and maintaining process documentation and work instructions.Participate in SAP EWM projects, including process design, gap analysis, testing, validation, and implementation activities.Ensure effective planning of customer orders, raw materials, production orders, and finished goods deliveries in line with customer requirements.Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes by identifying optimization opportunities, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
