In this role, the team member will leverage prior cabin crew experience to support training programs, mentor aspiring aviation professionals, and assist in developing customer service and safety modules. Daily tasks may include conducting classroom sessions or workshops, sharing practical insights on in-flight procedures, and guiding trainees on professional conduct and communication standards. The role also involves collaborating with instructors, providing feedback on training materials, and helping maintain a high standard of service and safety within the institute. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a professional, supportive learning environment for future pilots and aviation personnel.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong flight attendant and aviation experience, with a solid understanding of airline operations and in-flight procedures.Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with trainees and colleagues.Candidates should possess familiarity with aircraft environments and safety protocols to support training related to real-world operational scenarios.Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to mentor and guide aspiring aviation professionals.Previous experience as cabin crew with a commercial airline is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate in a structured training environment.Basic computer literacy and comfort with preparing or reviewing training materials and presentations.Formal aviation or hospitality training and certification are preferred but not mandatory.
