Team members have the opportunity to contribute to environmentally conscious fashion while working in a growing, professionally managed organization.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Ex-Government Employee Projects position. The role involves leveraging prior government experience to manage and coordinate projects related to government tenders, export incentives, regulatory approvals, and compliance documentation. Day-to-day tasks include tracking relevant government schemes and policies, preparing and reviewing project proposals, maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring timely submissions to government authorities. The role also includes liaising with government departments, supporting audits and inspections, and collaborating with internal teams such as finance, production, and logistics to align project requirements with operational capabilities.Qualifications Previous experience working in government departments or public sector organizations, preferably in roles related to projects, administration, or compliance.Strong understanding of government procedures, documentation standards, and regulatory frameworks relevant to exports and textile/apparel manufacturing.Proficiency in project coordination, record-keeping, and report preparation, with attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for interacting with government officials and internal teams.Ability to interpret and apply government policies, schemes, and guidelines to company projects and business processes.Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office productivity software (e.g., MS Office) and digital documentation tools.Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and adherence to company and government compliance requirements.Relevant educational background in administration, commerce, law, or a related field is beneficial.Experience in export-related processes, incentives, or licensing will be an added advantage.
